JOB RESPONSIBLEs

出纳人员:

做收入公司账,支出公司账

付款给厂商,付款公司支出

对每一个品名的公司支付

每天每月要跟会计对账

Cashier:

Make account payable (A/P) and account receivable (A/R)

Manage petty cash

Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow.

Maintain invoices to be expended.

Checking market supplies of advance request

Verifying accounting report in weekly and monthly

 

 

 

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTs

– High School or Above in related field

– At least 1 year of Professional Experiences in related field is a plus
– Good at Chinese Communication both in writing and speaking
– Strong understanding of computer literacy (Ms. Office and Excel)

– Good time management and ability to perform multi-tasks and prioritize workload
– Good at problem solving and communication skill
– Good-Looking, Pleasant personality, Integrity, self-motivation, good interpersonal and communication skills

– Honest, Patient, Initiative, hardworking and be responsible for work and able to work overtime.

– Flexibility, self-motivated, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality
