Job Responsible


– To ascertain all disbursements and claims are supported by all necessary documents, processed and certified for receipt of merchandises or services both in quality, quantity and prices.
– To check the daily General Cashier report ensuring that the cash receipts are deposited in time on the next succeeding working day.
– To maintain and record all general ledger accounts.
– To prepare monthly journal entries as assigned.
– To prepare all monthly schedules and analyses for all accounts.
– Assist the Chief Account/FC in all stages leading to the preparation of all monthly financial reports and analysis.
– Assist in the preparation of Returns and special statistical reports as assigned by the Chief Account/FC.
– Assist in implementing and streamlining the internal control procedures covering all activities of the company.


Job Requirement


– Female

– Bachelor/ACCA related field required,
– Minimum 2 year experiences in Accounting and Finance
– Good command of Chinese both spoken & written
– Good knowledge of Computer skills (MS Office)
– Be flexible hard working, good attitude and friendly, willing to learn new task/skills
– Be committed to receiving a best achievement with good time,
– Good interpersonal skills and team work,
– Pleasant personality, positive attitude & service oriented.
